Nietzsche said "When you stare into the abyss long enough, the abyss stares back at you". I met someone once who added "Sometimes it's good to stare into the abyss. You might realize just how beautiful it can be when you watch it from above." I was reminded of this again today, when I listened to "Wonder Rubber Stars" for the first time. In a very, very good way.
